Privacy Policy

Infograf

Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jan Freda, operating as Jachsu Games ("we", "us", or "our"), handles information in connection with Infograf (the "App"), our picture-and-fact puzzle game for all ages, including children.

The App stores puzzle progress on your device. Ad-supported releases use Google AdMob, and a one-time purchase through Google Play can remove advertisements. The advertising and purchase sections below apply when these features are available in your version of the App. Development or offline versions without these integrations do not send information to these services through the App.

Versions offering cloud save use optional Google Play Games Services as described in Section 7. The full game remains available without a Google Play Games account or cloud save.

2. Data Controller and Contact

Controller: Jan Freda, operating as Jachsu Games

Country of operation: Poland

App: Infograf

Privacy and support requests: contact.jachsugames@gmail.com

Parents and legal guardians may use the same contact address for questions or requests concerning a child's information.

3. Information Handled by the App

The App does not require a Jachsu Games account or ask you to provide your name, email address, or date of birth to play. It does not request access to contacts, the microphone, the camera, or precise device location.

We have not added Google Analytics for Firebase, custom gameplay telemetry, or a developer-operated player database to Infograf. Advertising providers may still process service-related measurement and diagnostics as described above.

4. Advertising and Children's Privacy

Infograf is intended for children and adults. In ad-supported releases, we apply child-protective advertising settings to all users, without asking children to identify themselves or collecting their birth dates.

Ads are configured without interest-based personalization or remarketing, with child-directed treatment and an age-appropriate content limit. We use advertising SDK versions eligible for the Google Play Families program. This configuration prevents sending the Android advertising identifier (AAID); the App does not send SIM or device serial numbers, IMEI, IMSI, or Wi-Fi network identifiers for advertising.

Non-personalized advertising can still involve limited processing, such as IP addresses, ad interactions, and diagnostics, for delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention. It does not mean that no information is processed.

We do not knowingly collect children's direct contact information through gameplay or use their information for behavioral advertising. If a parent or guardian believes that information about a child was collected improperly, they can contact us to request review and deletion of information under our control.

5. Advertising Privacy Choices

Where applicable, Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) provides advertising privacy notices and choices. Available choices depend on your region and the child-protective configuration. A consent choice does not enable personalized advertising in Infograf.

When Google requires an option to revisit advertising privacy choices, ad-supported releases provide it in the App's settings. You may also use applicable Android and Google account privacy controls. If the required privacy conditions for an ad request are not met, the App does not request the ad and you can continue playing.

Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it using the available privacy controls or contact us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent. Buying ad removal is optional and is separate from any privacy choice.

6. One-Time Purchase to Remove Ads

When offered, Remove ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase processed through Google Play Billing. It removes all in-game advertisements while the purchase entitlement is valid. It is not a subscription.

Google handles the payment through your Google Play account. The App uses purchase information to recognize the entitlement, acknowledge the purchase, restore it on the appropriate Google Play account, and handle changes such as refunds. An entitlement may be cached on your device so that ad removal continues to work offline.

Removing ads stops future in-game ad requests once the entitlement is recognized. It does not delete information already processed by Google, remove Google Play's purchase history, or stop the purchase checks needed to restore and maintain the entitlement.

Purchases by children should be managed by a parent or guardian through the available Google Play purchase approval and authentication controls.

7. Optional Google Play Games Cloud Save

Cloud save is optional. To enable it, open Cloud save in Settings and choose Enable cloud save. The full puzzle game and local save remain available without a Google Play Games account, without signing in, and offline.

When you opt in, the App uses the official Google Play Games Services SDK to authenticate your Play Games profile and obtain its player identifier. That identifier associates local progress with the correct cloud account. The App does not request your Google password, read your email, or use your player identifier for advertising.

The cloud copy contains completed card identifiers and difficulty levels, unlocked sets, tutorial completion, and unfinished puzzles with their grids, piece arrangements, displayed sides and resume order. It excludes purchase tokens, the ad-removal entitlement, advertising privacy choices, advertising counters, and device preferences such as audio volume. Google Play Billing separately restores ad removal.

Google stores the cloud copy for your Play Games account. Synchronization runs after you enable it and at safe points while you are outside an active puzzle. Offline changes remain in the local save and are retried. If devices disagree about a puzzle, the App offers a choice before replacing its arrangement. Account changes require a choice before copying local progress to another account.

You can stop future cloud-save requests with Turn off cloud save. This leaves your local progress and the existing cloud copy intact. Delete cloud save removes the Infograf cloud snapshot for the connected account and turns off synchronization; your local progress remains. Other devices with synchronization still enabled may create a new cloud copy, so turn off cloud save on those devices as well if you want it to stay deleted. Google also provides Play Games and Google account controls for removing game data.

The App keeps account-association information, its last synchronized copy, and local recovery backups on your device. These are used to prevent account mixing and recover from interrupted synchronization. Clearing App storage removes these local files. Google may process profile, device, diagnostic and service information under its privacy policy. We do not operate a player database or add Firebase Analytics.

The App is for a mixed audience of children and adults. Play Games is optional and subject to Google's account eligibility and parental controls. We do not collect dates of birth or bypass Google's account restrictions. A parent or guardian can use the contacts and controls in this Policy.

8. Service Providers and Sharing

For the features described above, information may be handled by:

When you enable cloud save in a supported version, Google Play Games handles the cloud copy. We do not upload puzzle progress to a developer-operated server.

Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy and its information about apps using Google services.

We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information under our control where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.

9. Purposes and Legal Bases

We handle information to save and restore local progress and requested cloud saves, deliver permitted ads, recognize and restore ad removal, respond to support requests, and protect transactions and services.

Where the GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar law applies, the relevant legal bases may include:

10. Retention

Deleting local game data does not delete your Google Play purchase history or Google's advertising records. An optional Play Games cloud snapshot remains until deleted using the App or Google service controls, subject to Google’s applicable retention rules. Turning off cloud save does not delete the existing snapshot.

11. Deletion and Your Privacy Rights

You can remove local Infograf saves and settings by clearing the App's storage through Android settings or uninstalling the App. This removes puzzle progress on that device. A valid ad-removal purchase can be recognized again through the Google Play account used to buy it.

For information we hold, including support correspondence, contact contact.jachsugames@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights, including U.S. state privacy rights. A parent or legal guardian may make a request concerning a child.

We may ask for limited information needed to verify a request. We will not ask for your Google password. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes; if so, we will explain the applicable limitation.

For information controlled by Google, use Google account data and privacy controls or Google's relevant service controls. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

12. International Processing

Google and email-service providers may process information outside your country, where data-protection laws may differ. Where legally required, international transfers must use applicable safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Google's transfer information is available in its data transfer frameworks information.

13. Security

We limit the information handled by the App and use reasonable safeguards for information under our control. Google provides security measures for its services, including encrypted transmission as described in its service documentation. No device, network, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

14. This Website and External Links

This policy page is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting it may result in GitHub processing technical request information, including your IP address, under the GitHub Privacy Statement. This page does not include advertising, analytics scripts, or remotely loaded fonts.

If you open external links, including image credits, Google service pages, or email links, those services handle your visit or message under their own privacy policies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when features, providers, or legal requirements change. We will update the date above and provide any notice or consent request required by law before introducing materially different processing. The policy, actual App behavior, and Google Play Data safety and target-audience declarations must remain consistent.
